1. When can I withdraw the money from selling stocks?
CASH provides T+2 settlement facilities. Normally the money from selling stock(s) will be credited to client’s account and available for withdrawal after two working days from the trading day.
2.How can I withdraw funds
Clients can withdraw funds by the following means: Deposit to client’s bank account, Collection of cheque in person/by post/by authorized person, CHATS or remittance.
3.How can I issue an instruction of funds withdrawal?
Clients can fax/submit in person the signed form of funds withdrawal; Electronic trading account holder can withdraw funds by logging in the online trading account and issuing instruction at Settlement-Fund Withdrawal.
4.Does CASH accept any banks for bank-in service?
The bank-in service is limited to account holders of HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, Bank of China Group, ICBC, DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Wing Hang Bank、Bank of East Asia、Chiyu Bank or Nanyang Commercial Bank.
5. Can the cash withdrawn be deposited to any third party’s bank account ?
No, for security reasons, the cash to be withdrawn must be deposited to the account’s beneficial owner only.
6. When will the cash withdrawal instructions be processed ?
The cash withdrawal instruction submitted before 12:00noon of a trading day will be processed within the same day. The orders submitted after 12:00noon will be processed on the next trading day.
